By way of this online form, MBAuP and MBV are collecting your personal information for the primary purpose of your registration to the Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Program. Without this information MBAuP and MBV will not be able to register you for the Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Program. In addition to this, upon successful application you will receive marketing material from us via SMS, Email, Direct Mail and Phone. Once you become a member you can change your preference at any time by logging into the TradeClub website www.tradeclub.mercedes-benz.com.au/Account/Login. If your registration does not proceed your information will be removed from the TradeClub database. MBAuP and MBV will generally use and disclose your personal information to our employees, related companies, and Mercedes-Benz Group companies, our authorised Retailer network and/or third party service providers acting on our behalf. Some of the recipients of your personal information may be based overseas, including but not limited to Germany, the United States, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
